Herbal Tea Supplies
Wednesday November 7, 2018
So I see the question of herb supplies come up a lot. Obviously growing things yourself is the ideal, and foraging can be pretty nifty. Supermarkets are a little less magical, but they have a few things.. But not as much as a bulk food store!
This weekend my task was working on my tea collection! I knew my local bulk food store had a decent tea selection, but I wound up with a lot more than I was expecting!
In addition to the lavender and rose petals I’ve bought there previously, I got all of this…
In order from left to right we have:
- Calendula petals
- Ceylon tea
- Chamomile
- Dandelion root
- Gingko Biloba
- Lemongrass
- Lemon myrtle
- Liquorice root
- Raspberry leaf
- Rose hip
- Sage
- Sencha green tea
- Rose buds
I spent less than $10.
($20, if you include the cost of the jars)
And there’s leftover that didn’t fit in the jars.
I’m very excited to start creating some custom tea blends!
